Beat 100 gm yogurt.
In a bowl mix together ½ kg fine wheat flour, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp baking powder and salt to taste,
Dissolve 1 tbsp yeast in ½ cup lukewarm milk. Now add it to the wheat flour.
Also add 1 tbsp ghee, beaten yogurt and 1 egg.
Mix very well and knead to dough with water as required.
Now cover the dough with a plastic foil and keep aside for 20 – 25 minutes.
Preheat oven on 250 degree centigrade.
Make medium sized balls with the dough, stuff with grated mozzarella cheese. Roll into quarter plate sized round.
Put in an oven proof tray and bake until golden brown.
