Ingredients
  1. Chicken breast 1
  2. Chickpeas (boiled) 1 cup
  3. Onions 2
  4. Gram flour 1 cup
  5. Fresh coriander ¼ bunch
  6. Green chillies 5
  7. Crushed cumin seeds 1tbsp
  8. Crushed coriander 1tbsp
  9. Crushed red chillies 1tbsp
  10. Dry fenugreek 1 tbsp
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Oil for frying
Method
  • Cut chicken into small,thin pieces
  • Blend half chickpeas finely in blender and keep aside remaining chickpeas whole
  • Mix all ingredients including and chickpeas but except oil in a bowl
  • Heat oil in a work.Spoon in mixture in work and fry dumplings till golden
  • Remove on absorbent paper
