1. Finely slice 2 small onions, 2 capsicums, 3 tomatoes, ½ bunch parsley and 1 medium carrot. Then heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan and sauté finely sliced garlic until it turns golden brown. Now add ½ kg chicken mince to it and when mince is cooked, add half of the chopped vegetables. Also add ½ tsp oregano, ½ tsp thyme, ½ tsp rose merry, salt to taste 1 ½ tsp black pepper and ½ cup tomato paste.
2. Mix together until all ingredients are well combined. Boil a packet of lasagna sheet in hot water and keep aside. Sauté ½ cup plain flour in ¼ cup hot oil and keep aside. In another pan, boil ½ liter milk and thicken it with sautéed plain flour.
3. Then add remaining vegetables, ½ tsp oregano, ½ tsp thyme, ½ tsp rose merry, ½ tsp black pepper powder and salt to taste and mix. Place a lasagna sheet in a cake mould, pour white sauce and add a layer of mince meat.
4. Repeat the layers so that all the sauce, mince meat and lasagna sheets are layered up. Then top it with a packet of grated mozzarella cheese and bake in a pre heated oven at 200 c for 8 to 10 minutes. When cheese looks golden, tempting Lasagna Cake is ready to serve.
