In a pan put together 2 cup tamarind pulp, 1 tbsp chili powder, 2 tbsp dry ginger powder and 1 tbsp roasted ground cumin.
Cook for 5 minutes and remove from fire.Now add a pinch of black salt and salt to taste.
Heat a frying pan, add 1 tbsp oil and fry cottage cheese cubes till golden brown. Now add in tamarind mixture.
Lastly add 10 chopped almond, 1/2 bunch of mint leaves and 4 chopped green chilies.
