Heat ¼ cup ghee in a pan, add 2 chopped onion and sauté for a few minutes.
Now add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 4 – 5 chopped green chilies and few curry leaves, fry well for 1 – 2 minutes.
Then add 1 ½ glass of water, 300 gm soaked rice and salt to taste.
Cook till water dries, now add 50 gm boiled lentils and 1 cup boiled peas.
Mix well and simmer on low flame for 8 – 10 minutes.
Dish it out and serve hot.
