Daal Pulao recipe by Chef Zakir. This delightful Main Course recipe of Daal Pulao can be ready in approximately 30 Minutes and good to serve around 2-4 People. Follow all the steps recommended by Chef to get a perfect dish.

INGREDIENTS

Rice300 gm
Yellow lentil boiled50 gm
Gram lentil boiled50 gm
Black lentil boiled50 gm
Peas boiled1 cup
Onion2
Ginger garlic paste1 tbsp
Mix whole spiceas required
Green chilies4 – 5
Curry leavesfew
Tomatoes chopped3
Saltto taste
Ghee¼ cup

METHOD

Heat ¼ cup ghee in a pan, add 2 chopped onion and sauté for a few minutes.
Now add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 4 – 5 chopped green chilies and few curry leaves, fry well for 1 – 2 minutes.
Then add 1 ½ glass of water, 300 gm soaked rice and salt to taste.
Cook till water dries, now add 50 gm boiled lentils and 1 cup boiled peas.
Mix well and simmer on low flame for 8 – 10 minutes.
Dish it out and serve hot.
