Ingredients
  1. Sandwich bread 10-15
    Chicken mince ½ kg
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Eggs 2
    Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
    Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
    All spice powder 1 tsp
    Turmeric powder ½ tsp
    Green coriander 2 tbsp
    Oil to fry
    Salt to taste
Method
  • Take some oil in the pan and add in ½ kg mince, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tb sp red chili flakes, ½ tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tsp all spice powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder and salt. Sauté everything together and add in green coriander and 2 tbsp chopped green chilies. Mix everything and leave the batter to cool at room temperature. Roll and flatten 10-15 bread slices. Put the prepared mince mixture on it and close the edges with 2 eggs. Heat some oil in the pan and deep fry the prepared bread samosas. Serve it hot with chutney or ketchup.
