1.Wash and soak the prawns for half an hour.
2. In a pot, slightly Cooking Oil on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
3. Fry the prawns for 3-4 minutes and remove.
4. In the same pot,fry the onions till golden.
5. Then add ginger garlic paste,salt,red chilli powder and turmeric.
6. Add a little water and stir well until oil separates.
7. Add the fried Prawns and mix well.
8. Cover and simmer on low heat for 8-10 minutes.
9. Dish out,Garnish and serve hot.
