Ingredients
  1. Meat___ half kg
  2. Ghee___ 100 grams
  3. Gralic___ 1 bundle
  4. Salt___to taste
  5. Ginger___ half small bundle
  6. Cardamon___ 125 grams
  7. Onion___ 3 bundle
  8. Crushed coriander___ 25 grams
  9. Seasoning___ whole 2 tola
  10. Crushed red pepper___ 25 grams
Method
  • Draw the grains of cardamon and chop then finely.
  • fry the spice and fry meat in it. When meat is tender add crushed cardamon in it.
  • If you want to place it on heating then place it on heating for 15 minutes.
