Ingredients
  1. White chickpeas 200 grams
  2. Garlic cloves 3
  3. Fresh coriander ½ bunch
  4. Baking soda ½ tsp
  5. Black pepper powder to taste
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Oil for frying
Method
  • • Boil and grind grams.
  • • Put garlic cloves, parsley, coriander leaves, green chillies, flour, soda, cumin seed, whole coriander, salt and black pepper.
  • • Mix all spices and grind grams more.
  • • Now make pattie/kabab of this mixture.
  • • Heat oil and fry falafal is ready to serve.
