  1. 2 cup chick peas
    4-5 green chillies
    ¼ cup coriander
    ¼ cup parsley
    ½ tsp ground cumin
    ½ tsp dry coriander powder
    1 tsp salt
    5-6 cloves
    1 small onion
    Oil for deep frying
  • In a food processor, add chick peas, green chillies, coriander, parsley, ground cumin, dry coriander powder, salt, cloves of garlic and onion in it and finely grind them.
    Now with the help of spoon, mold the mixture and deep fry in preheated oil. Once golden brown, take out and serve with yogurt tahina sauce.
