Falafel! I cannot say enough about Falafel! With its crunchy outside, warm, soft, inside which is seasoned to perfection, these have to be one of the best things you can make with chickpeas.

Ingredients
  1. White chickpeas 2 cups
  2. Garlic 3 cloves
  3. Fresh parsley ½ bunch
  4. Oil for frying ½ liter
  5. Soda ½ tsp
  6. Black pepper ½ tsp
  7. Salt to taste
Method
  • 1.Soak white chickpeas overnight.
  • 2.Add chickpeas, ¼ cup water, cloves of garlic, soda, parsley,
  • pepper and salt in a blender.
  • 3.Blend all ingredients together and make small balls of chick
  • peas.
  • 4.In a wok, heat oil.
  • 5.Add balls fry until golden brown.
  • 6.Falafils are ready to serve with tahina sauce.
  • Note: Cooking Time: 35-45 minuts, Serving: 4-6 persons
