Ingredients
  1. 2 oz. fresh coriander or
  2. mint leaves
  3. 2 green chillis
  4. * 1 oz. tamarind, soaked in
  5. 4 tablespoons boiling water 1 teaspoon sugar
  6. Salt to taste
Method
  • * Squeeze the tamarind, discard the husk and use only the water.
  • Mince leaves finely with the green chillis. Soak the tamarind in boiling water for 30 minutes. Mix the tamarind liquid with minced leaves and chillis, add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
