To prepare white sauce, add in ½ liter fresh milk, 2-3 tbsp flour, 1 tbsp butter and some salt.
Take some water in the pan and boil lasagna strips and add in 2 tbsp oil in it. When the lasagna is boiled drain the water and put it in the cold water.
Take a frying pan, and add in ½ kg chicken mince, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and some salt. Cook till the water dries.
Add in ½ cup tomato ketchup, ½ tsp black pepper and cook it.
Deep fry sliced brinjal.
Take a small frying pan and add in 2 chopped tomatoes, 1 chopped onion and 1 tsp oil and 1 tsp white vinegar. Sauté it and take it out.
Roast 1 tsp carom seeds and 1 tbsp red chili flakes.
Grease the frying pan and layer the lasagna strips. Add on mince, white sauce, roasted spice, mushrooms, tomatoes and vegetables. Cover it with lasagna strips and repeat the layers.
In the end, cover it with the cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Simmer it till the cheese melts and serve.
