پانی ۸ سیر
رائی حسب ضرورت
نمک حسب ضرورت

METHOD

گاجر کو پہلے چھیل لیا جائے اس کے بعد اس کو پانی میں ڈال لیا جائے جب گاجر گل جائے اس وقت اس کو مٹی کے مٹکے میں ڈال دیں اور باقی دوسرے چیزیں بھی ڈال دیں۔ اور مٹکے کو اُوپر سے باندھ دیں اور کچھ دنوں کے بعد اس کو استعمال کریں۔
