Ingredients
  1. Boiled rice 1/2 kg
  2. Spring onion 1/2 kg
  3. Eggs 2
  4. Butter 100 gm
  5. Black pepper 1 tsp
  6. Salt 1 tsp
  7. Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Method
  • Heat 100 gm butter in pan, add 2 beaten eggs and fry.
  • Stirring continuously. Add 1/2 kg chopped spring onion, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp salt, 2 tbsp soya sauce and 1/2 kg boiled rice.
  • Mix well and serve.
