مرغی کا قیمہ ۔۔۔ آدھا کلو
ہری مرچ، ہرا دھنیا، ہرا لہسن پیسٹ ۔۔۔ آدھا پیالی
پیاز ۔۔۔ ایک پیالی
بھنا زیرہ ۔۔۔ ایک کھانے چمچہ
تیل ۔۔ تین کھانے کے چمچہ
نمک کالی مرچ ۔۔۔ حسب ذائقہ
جائفل جوتری پاؤڈر ۔۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچہ
اجوائن ۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
گاجر اور لیموں ۔۔۔ سجاوٹ کے لئے

METHOD

مرغی کے قیمے میں تمام مصالحہ اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں۔ اور سیخوں پر کباب کی طرح لگالیں۔ کوئلوں پر یا اوون میں سینک لیں اور پوری طرح پک جانے پر نکال لیں اور پیش کریں۔
