Ingredients
  1. ½ kg beef undercut
    2 bunches of coriander leaves
    1 cup yogurt
    10 green chilies
    1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
    8 garlic cloves
    3 chopped onions
    1 tsp crushed black pepper
    2 lemons
    1 tbsp butter
    1 cup oil
    Salt as required
Method
  • Boil beef undercut with ginger garlic paste, salt and yogurt.
    When the water dries out, remove from the stove.
    Now blend the coriander, green chilies and garlic cloves and make a chatni out of it.
    Heat the oil and fry onion till it gets golden brown.
    Now take the half onion out of it and fry the prepared chatni in the remaining onion.
    Now add this in the boiled meat.
    Add lemon juice and sprinkle crushed black pepper on it and put it on dum for 5 mins.
    Now sprinkle the fried onion on it and serve.
