Ingredients
  1. 500 gm Mince
    1 chopped Onion
    1 chopped Carrots
    1/2 cup Peas
    1/4 cup Oil
    1 tsp Ginger crushed
    1 tsp Garlic crushed
    1 tsp All spice
    1 tsp Chili powder
    1 tsp Cumin seeds
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tbsp Curry powder
    1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
    2 tbsp Tomato paste
    2 tbsp Mint leaves
    for Mashed Potato
    4 Potatoes
    1/2 cup Milk
    1/2 tsp Salt.
    1/4 tsp Pepper
    2 tbsp Butter
Method
  • Heat ¼ cup oil in a pan, add 1 tsp cumin seeds with 1 chopped
    onion and 1 tsp each chopped ginger garlic, fry till golden brown, add 500 gm mince,
    cook for 5 minutes, add 1 chopped carrots, ½ cup peas, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp chili
    powder, ¼ tsp turmeric, 1 tbsp curry powder, 1 tsp all spice, 2 tbsp tomato
    paste and ¼ cup water, cover and cook till mince done. Lastly add 2 tbsp chopped
    mint leaves.
    for Mashed Potato
    Boil 4 Potatoes
    in water till tender, drain, mash them well adding ½ cup milk, 2 tbsp butter, ½
    tsp salt and ¼ tsp black pepper. Spread cooked mince in oven proof dish, cover
    with mash potatoes. Spread top with 1 tbsp butter, bake in oven on 180 degree C
    for 15 minutes till golden in color, garnish with mint leaves.
