Soak 250 gm gram lentils for 1 hour, dry roast 1/4 tsp whole coriander and 1 tsp cumin
seeds on a hot griddle. Grind the roasted mixture and keep aside.
Put together in chopper 2 onion, 1/2 bunch of coriander leaves, 1/4 bunch of mint leaves, 1/4 bunch dill, 4 to 6 green chilies, 3 tbsp tamarind pulp, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp crushed red pepper, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp onion seeds, 1 tsp all spice, few curry leaves, 1/2 tsp sugar, soaked lentils, 250 gm chicken mince with roasted and ground seeds. Chop well.
Make thick round patties. Now deep fry the patties in a wok till golden brown in color. Serve hot with ketchup.
