Ingredients
  1. 1) Cooked rice 3 cups
  2. 2) Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
  3. 3) Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  4. 4) Cloves (hung) 3
  5. 5) Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  6. 6) Water 3 tbsp
  7. 7) Salt to taste
  8. 8) Ginger powder 1/2 tsp
  9. 9) Eggs (optional) 4
Method
  • 1. Heat the oil in a deep pan.Add cumin seeds and cloves.
  • 2. Saute for a few seconds.
  • 3. Mix red chilli powder in a few spoons of water and add to the pan.
  • 4. Stir, and then quickly add the cooked rice.
  • 5. Mix well and cook on low heat.
  • 6. Mix in salt and ginger powder.
  • 7. When the rice is heated through, transfer to a serving dish.
  • 8. Fry the eggs and then garnish the rice with them.
