Try out this remarkable Kashmiri Qeema Pilao online posted for your assistance. This recipe is delicious to the core and can be an ultimate treat for the foodies and can make you earn maximum praises. Hide

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp oil

1/2 kg mutton mince

1/2 cup dahi

2 inch piece ginger, chopped

1 tbsp coriander powder

1 tbsp paprika powder

1 tbsp garam masala powder

1/2 kg rice, soaked for 20 minutes

1 tsp saffron, soaked in cup warm water

1 cup milk

1 tsp salt

1 cup pine nuts, toasted

METHOD

Heat oil, add mince and sauté, add garam masala powder, corianderpowder, salt, ginger, paprika powder, curd and cook till mince is browned.

Add rice, saffron, milk, salt and water to cook rice. When rice is done, stir in pinenuts and transfer to an oven­proof dish and bake at 190 degrees for 10-15 minutes or till completely done.
