Ingredients
  1. Eggs 4 (beaten)
  2. Salt ½ tsp
  3. Oil 3 tbsp
  4. Turmeric ½ tsp
  5. Green chillies 1 tbsp (chopped)
  6. Onion 2 large (grated)
  7. Coriander leaves 3 tbsp
Method
  • 1. Heat oil, add green chillies and slightly fry.
  • 2. Add onions, fry till transparent.
  • 3. Now add turmeric, fry for 2 minutes.
  • 4. Then add 4 beaten eggs with salt, stir fast till cooked.
  • 5. Lastly add coriander leaves, remove from heat and let it cool.
  • 6. Fill in samosa patti and fry on medium flame till crisp and golden brown.
