Ingredients
  1. Prawns cleaned 250 gm
    Salt ½ tsp + ½ tsp
    White pepper ½ tsp + ½ tsp
    Egg white 1
    Corn flour 2 tbsp + 1 tbsp
    Oil 2 tbsp + ¼ cup
    Chili sauce 1 tbsp
    Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
    Soya sauce 2 tbsp
    Ketchup 4 tbsp
    Stock 1 cup
    Onion 1 cut into thick slices
    Spring onion 2 cut in 1 inch pieces
    Red chili whole 12
    Capsicum 1 cut into 16 pieces
Method
  • Marinate prawns with salt, pepper, egg white, corn flour and oil, deep fry prawns till light golden, heat oil in a wok add crushed garlic, fry for 2 minutes add onion, capsicum, whole red chilies, seasonings and stock, add fried prawns, thicken gravy with corn flour paste and remove.
