Ingredients
  1. Yogurt 1kg
    Green chilies 6
    Mango powder 1cup
    Curry leaves  6
    Whole red chilies 6
    Turmeric 1tsp
    Ground coriander seeds 1tsp
    Desiccated coconut 1tsp
    Salt 1/2tsp
    Onion paste 1 cup
    Tomatoes 3
    Oil 1/2cup
    Fennel seeds 1/2tsp
Method
  • Heat ½ cup oil and fry 6 whole red chilies, 1/2tsp fennels seeds and 6 curry leaves
    When the aroma is given off add 1tsp coriander powder,1tsp turmeric,1/2tsp salt and 2tsp desiccated coconut,3 chopped tomatoes and 1 cup dried mango powder.
          Add 1kg small prawns  and cook until the oil floats on top
    Add 250g yogurt, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
