  2. 1. Capsicum - 4-5 (Cut in square peices )
  3. 2. Beef / mutton 1/2 kg ( boiled half done )
  4. 3. Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
  5. 4. Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  6. 5. Salt - 1 tbsp
  7. 6. Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
  8. 7. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  9. 8. Cumin Powder 1/2 tbsp
  10. 9. Tomatoe paste 2-3 tbsp
  11. 10. Yogurt 2 tbsp
  12. 11. Onions – 2 (Finely Chopped)
  13. 12. Green Chillies – 2-3
  14. 14. Oil -1/2 cup
  15. 15. All spice powder ( garam masala) 1 tsp
  16. 16. Coriander leaves for garnishing.
Method
  • Method:
  • 1. Take turmeric powder,coriander powder, ginger-garlic paste, salt,red chilli powder ,tomato paste and yogurt,blend them in a mixture to form a paste.
  • 2. Add water to make the paste thin. Keep this masala mixture aside.
  • 3.Take a pan ,add oil to it. add onions and fry.Wait till the onions turn light brown.
  • 4. Add the masala mixture and half boiled meat to the onions and mix well.
  • 5. Cook on low flame by covering with a lid and till the oil comes up.
  • 6. Add capsicum pieces to this and mix well so that the capsicum gets the complete flavour of masala.
  • 7. Cook for 10-15 minuts on medium flame by covering it with a lid.
  • 8. Once the capsicum is cooked well check for the spices. Add green chillies and If required you can add salt/chilli powder as per your taste.
  • 9. Cook without the lid for 5 mins and remove the pan from heat.
  • 10.Sprinkle garam masala powder and garnish it with coriander leaves.
  • 11.Serve with chapati/naan/ boiled rice.
