Ingredients
  1. 1 cup mint leaves
  2. 5 walnuts (shelled)
  3. 10 almonds
  4. 10 pistachios
  5. 2 handfuls coriander leaves
  6. 1 thIsp pomegranate seeds.
  7. 2 green chillies
  8. 1 small onion
  9. salt and lime-juice to suit the taste
Method
  • Grind all the above ingredients to a very smooth paste, without adding water. This chutney can be eaten immediately.
