  • Ek karahi mein oil garam karey. Is mein Garlic, Ginger paste, Salt aur Green Chili dal kar bhun ley. Phir kima wash kar k dal day aur half cup water shamil kar k isy gall jany tak pakae. phir bhun kar is par garam masala chidik dey. Rice mein salt dal kar ek ek kani boil kar ley aur is mein paka hwa kima mix kar ley aur half cup oil dal dey. Cauli flower be garam pani mein dal kar 5 minute bad nikal ley aur leaves alag kar k in mein thoray sey rice dal kar leaves fold kar dey aur patili mein dal kar Fold kiy hwy cauli flower rice be aik taraf saja dey aur paish kary aur hud b khae.
