1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Add mustard and few curry leaves.
3. Then finely chopped onion, cook till soft.
4. Now add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt and fry well.
5. Add all boiled vegetables, mix well.
6. Lastly add all spice, chopped coriander leaves and green chillies, mix well.
7. Mixture is ready, let it cool.
8. Then fill in samosa patt and sealed well, then deep fry.
9. Serve with chutney or raita.
