Crush the garlic. Now heat the ghee and fry -half the onions, ginger and garlic to a golden color. Add the turmeric powder, garam masala, cloves, cardamoms, bay leaf, cinnamon, salt, chilli powder and tomatoes and fry to a golden color. Add the rest of the onions and continue frying till dry. Mix in the curd, and then the mutton. Cover Light and cook over a slow fire till the mutton is tender and dry. Then open the lid and keep stirring till the ghee floats over to the top. Serve garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
