In a mixing bowl, combine ½ cup milk with 1tbsp granular yeast and mix well.
Then add 1/2kg plain flour, salt as required, 1tsp nigella seeds and 1tsp sugar
Add 100g yogurt, 3-4tbsp ghee and 1 beaten egg. Knead the dough well
Place the dough in a glass bowl, cover with a plastic cover and leave to rise for 20-25 minutes
Separate the dough into equal portions and lightly roll each one in a bowl of extra flour to keep them from sticking to each other.
Shape the naan with the help of a rolling pin
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and bake at 250C until golden brown
