Ingredients
  1. Prawns 200 gms(cleaned)
    Suree pad Thai sauce3 tbsp
    Suree rice sticks                300 grams
    Bean sprouts2 cups
    Spring onion leaves½ cup (cut in 1 inch)
    Green chilies3(sliced)
    Crushed red pepper1 tsp heaped
    Chopped garlic1 tbsp
    Peanuts roasted2 tbsp
    Salt½ tsp
    Bean curd1(cut into square cubes)
    Oil¼ cup
    Capsicum½ (julienne)
    Egg1
Method
  • Soak suree rice sticks into a bowl of water for 20 mins to soften.
    Heat oil in a wok, fry prawns for 5 mins and remove.
    In the same frying pan add garlic fry till golden, add rice sticks pad thai sauce, prawns, bean sprouts, bean curd, spring onion, green chilies, salt, crushed red pepper, peanuts.
    Lastly add 1 egg, quick stir and remove.
