Ingredients
  1. Pineapple1 cup
    Gelatin powder2 tbsp
    Sugar125 gm
    Icing sugar2 tbsp
    Water1 cup
    Egg whites2
    Lemon juice4 tbsp
    Fresh cream1 cup
Method
  • Boil water and add 125 gm sugar. Mix till sugar is dissolved. Then add 2 tbsp gelatin powder and mix well. Keep aside.
    Beat 2 egg whites very well till stiff.
    Now cool the sugar-gelatin syrup and beat with electric beater, add in beaten egg whites and mix well.
    Finely chop 1 cup pineapple and divide into 4 serving glasses.
    Top with egg whites mixture. separately beat together 1 cup fresh cream, 2 tbsp icing sugar and a little lemon juice. Spread on top of egg whites mixture in serving glasses.
    Garnish with pineapple slices and serve chilled.
