Ingredients
  1. Mutton                ½ kg
    Chopped Mint leaves3 bunches
    Red chilies8
    Garlic1
    Green chilies6
    Butter1 tbsp
    Saltto taste
    Crushed black pepper1 tsp
    Lemons                2
    Chopped onion 3
    Oil1 cup
Method
  • Blend together red chilies, 1 garlic, 3 bunches chopped mint leaves, 6 green chilies and blend everything together.
    Take 1 cup oil in the pan and add in 3 chopped onion. fry it till they are golden brown. Take out half from it and dry it.
    Add in ½ kg mutton and some salt. Cook it till the water dries. Cook it then add in 1 ½ cup warm water so that the meat tenders..
    When the oil separates, add in 2 lemon juice and 1 tsp crushed black pepper. simmer for 10 minutes.
    Garnish it with onion and serve.
