1. Fry the prawns and keep aside.
2. Fry the sliced onions, add the ground paste of ginger
3. and onion and fry for a few minutes.
4. Add the cardamom powder, turmeric powder,
5. crushed cloves, cinnamon and fry for a few more minutes.
6. Add the sugar, coconut milk, jaggery and salt to taste.
7. Add the fried prawns and cook.
