Ingredients
  1. 1 Packet Prawns
  2. 1 cup Oil
  3. 6 sliced Spring onions
  4. 6 Green chilies
  5. 1/2 bunch Coriander sliced
  6. 1 tsp Termeric powder
  7. 1 tbsp Red chili powder
  8. 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
Method
  • Soak 1 packet prawns in warm water for some time and then clean prawns thoroughly. In a cooking pot, heat 1 cup oil and fry prawns.
  • Now add 6 finely sliced spring onions, 1 tbsp red chili powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and salt to taste. Cover the pan and allow cooking on low flame.
  • When prawns and onion dries up, add 1/2 bunch finely sliced coriander and 6 green chilies and stir briefly. Serve with plain rice.
