Ingredients
  1. For Chicken Balls:
    Chicken Balls 250 gm
    White pepper 1 tsp
    Egg 1
    Green chilies 4-5
    Bread crumbs 2 tbsp
    Baking powder 1 pinch
    Green onion ½ cup
    Salt to taste
    For Noodles:
    Rice Noodles ½ packet
    Carrots 1
    Green chilies 8-10
    Green beans 100 gm
    Garlic  4-5 cloves
    Onion 1
    Crushed peanuts ½ cup
    Soya sauce 4 tbsp
    Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
    Chinese salt ½ tsp
    Vinegar 2 tbsp
    Lemon juice 1 tbsp
    Chopped green onion ½ cup
    Oil 4 tbsp
    Salt to taste
    Green coriander to garnish
Method
  • Boil the noodles with 2 tbsp oil for 3-4 5 mins. Drain them and cool it. To make chicken balls chop together 250 gm chicken boneless, 1 tsp white pepper, 1 egg, 4-5 green chilies, 2 tbsp bread crumbs, 1 pinch baking powder, ½  cup green onion and some salt. Make a paste and make small balls. Boil them for 4-5 minutes . chicken balls are ready.
    To make noodles, take some oil in the pan, add chopped garlic cloves and fry 1 chopped onion. add chopped 1 carrots, 8-10 green chilies, 100 gm green beans and ½ cup green onion make it 4-5 minutes. Cook it. Add in chicken balls , add in rice noodles and mix it. Dish them out in the serving dish. Garnish it with ½ cup peanuts and green coriander.
