Ingredients
  1. Mutton pasanda½ kg
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Yogurt 1 cup
    Nutmeg grinded ¼ tsp
    Mace grinded ¼ tsp
    Green cardamom ½ tsp
    Raw papaya 1 tbsp grinded
    Onion brown and grinded 3 tbsp
    Coriander powder 2 tsp
    Chili powder 2 ½ tsp
    Salt 1 tsp heaped
    Allspice ½ tsp heaped
     Saffron ¼ tsp
    Kewra water 1 tsp
Method
  • Marinate pasanda with Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp, Yogurt 1 cup, Nutmeg grinded ¼ tsp, Mace grinded ¼ tsp, Green cardamom ½ tsp, Raw papaya 1 tbsp grinded, Onion brown and grinded 3 tbsp, Coriander powder 2 tsp, Chili powder 2 ½ tsp, Salt 1 tsp heaped, Allspice ½ tsp heaped for 2 hours. Heat half cup oil add pasandas, cover and cook on low flame for 35 to 40 minutes, lastly add saffron and Kewra.
