Ingredients
  1. Rice½ kg
    Gram lentils Boiled1 cup
    Chicken Mince½ kg
    Onion2
    Tomatoes250 gm
    Coriander leaves½ bunch
    Green chilies50 gm
    Plum50 gm
    Turmeric1 tsp
    Ginger garlic paste1 tbsp
    Mix whole spice1 tbsp
    Crushed red pepper2 tsp
    Salt2 tsp
    Oil½ cup
Method
  • Heat ½ cup oil, add 2 chopped onion and fry till brown.
    Now add 1 tbsp mix whole spice, 1 tsp turmeric, 2 tsp salt, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, ½ kg mince, 50 gm plum, 2 tsp crushed red pepper and 250 gm chopped tomatoes.
    Fry well. Add 1 cup boiled gram lentils.
    Also add ½ kg soaked rice and 1 glass of water.
    Cook till it comes to a boil. Now add 50 gm chopped green chilies and ½ bunch of chopped coriander leaves.
    Simmer on low flame for 15 minutes.
    Dish it out and serve hot.
