  1. Dough ingredients
  2. Flour 2cups
  3. Oil ¼ cup
  4. Yeast 1 tbsp
  5. Salt ½ tsp
  6. Sugar 2 tsp
  7. Curd 2tbsp
  8. Warm water as required
  9. Butter 2 tbsp
  10. Filling ingredients
  11. Beef minced 250 grams
  12. Small sized onion 1
  13. Ginger garlic paste 2tsp
  14. Red chili powder ½ tsp
  15. Salt ½ tsp
  16. Tara garam masala 1tsp
  17. Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
  18. Green chilies 3-4
  19. Green coriander ¼ cup
  20. Oil 2-3 tbsp
  21. Crushed red chili ½ tsp
  22. Chopped green coriander ½ tsp
  23. White cumin ¼ tsp
Method
  • For filling heat oil in a pan and fry 1 onion
  • Add 250 grams minced beef and 2 tsp of garlic ginger paste and allow to fry.
  • Then add ½ tsp red chili powder,1/2 tsp of salt, 1tsp tara garam masala,1/4 tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp crushed red chili and ¼ tsp white cumin powder in it.
  • When meat is tender then add ¼ cup green coriander and 3-4 chilies.
  • Now allow to cool.
  • For making dough take 2 cups of flour,1 tbsp of instant yeast ,1/2 tsp salt,2 tsp sugar,2 tbsp of curd and some water and cover it.
  • Then make small balls and with help of rolling pin flattened the balls.
  • Then fill the centre with prepared filling and make it again in shape of ball.
  • Now again flattened the balls with help of your hands and cover for some time.
  • Now fry or bake in oven 210 degree.
  • In last brush the butter and dish out.
