Ingredients
  1. Mutton                ½ kg
    Yogurt 1 cup
    Clarified butter 1 cup
    Chopped green coriander 1 bunch
    Chopped onion 3
    Chopped green chilies 4
    Big cardamom 4
    Garlic cloves 8
    Red chili 8
    Turmeric 1 tsp
    White cumin 1 tsp
    Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
    Salt to taste
Method
  • Take some oil in the pan, add in 3 chopped onion and 4 big cardamom. When onion is golden brown add in meat and some salt. Then grind in 1 tsp turmeric, red chilies, 1 tsp white cumin and 1 tbsp  coriander  together and mix it with yogurt. Add the yogurt in and cook it for 10 minutes. Cook it till the water dries. When the gravy thickens and the meat tenders and in chopped coriander, chopped green chilies and serve.
