Reshmi Tikka Recipe By Shireen Anwar

Reshmi Tikka is a juicy and delicious Pakistani dish. It is made from mincemeat, cream, yogurt, coriander seeds, Cumin seeds, green chili, lemon juice, and blend of all Desi spices. It is a full course meal that can be prepared for lunch and dinner. It can be served hot with Chutney or Ketchup.

Ingredients
  1. • Chicken boneless 1 kg
  2. • Yogurt 250 gm
  3. • Coriander leaves 1 bunch
  4. • Cream ½ cup
  5. • Oil ½ cup
  6. • Salt 1 tsp
  7. • Chaat Masala 1 tsp
  8. • All spice 1 tsp
  9. • Meat tenderizer 1 tbsp
  10. • Coriander seeds crushed 1 tbsp
  11. • Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  12. • Crushed red pepper 2 tsp
  13. • Green chili paste 2 tbsp
  14. • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Method
  • Cut chicken into pieces, marinate with 250 gm yogurt, 1 tbsp meat tenderizer, 1 tbsp crushed cumin seeds, 1 tbsp crushed coriander seeds, 2 tsp crushed red pepper, 2 tbsp green chili paste, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp all spice, ½ cup cream and 4 tbsp lemon juice. Keep aside for 1 hour.Heat ½ cup oil in pan, add marinated chicken pieces and cook over low flame for 20 minutes.Now turn the flame high and fry well till water dries.Dish it out, garnish with chopped coriander leaves and sprinkled with 1 tsp chaat Masala.

I wanted to learn how to make Reshmi Tikka By Shireen Anwar recipe. This page has made my dream come true. One thing is that I dont use meat tenderizer at all. I think it will be fine without it too.

Nice recipe...i am trying it today reshmi kababs, hope it turns out yummy like urs. I want to know what u do with left-over meat tendrizer? can it be frozen? or can we use it in some other recipe?

The meat of reshmi tikka is very soft, I could not success to stuck it in the steak but my whole family like reshmi kabab so how can I make it easily? Although I use the ingredients just the same way.

wow! Reshmi tikka is a new dish which I will try in this bakra eid because I am good to make all the other Bar B Q items, this one by Shireen Anwar is good is very easy to make because she describe it good.
