Take Potato n boil it with salt.
after Boiling peal off potatato and cut in to thick slices.
Put rice in water for 3 - 4 hrs...
and after that grind all the spices with rice and make thick paste.
Now coat this better on potato slice
and deep fry with hot oil.
In the last Serve with Kectchup.
