بونٹ پلاؤ(سبز چنے کا پلاؤ) (INGREDIENTS)
  1. چاول ایک کلو
  2. بونٹ آدھا پاؤ
  3. بڑی الائچی چار عدد
  4. ادرک ایک چھوٹی گانٹھ
  5. نمک تین تولہ
  6. گھی ایک پاؤ
  7. لونگیں دو عدد
  8. پیاز دو پوٹیاں
  9. کالی مرچیں ایک تولہ
METHOD
  • بونٹوں کو مسل کر ان کی دال بنا لیں۔ پھر ان کو پسا ہوا نمک لگائیں اور ایک طرف رکھ دیں۔ اس کے بعد ادرک اور پیاز کا قیمہ کر یں۔ پھر اسے بوٹ کی دال ملا کر ایک دیگچی میں ڈال دیں۔ اور ان کے اوپر پانی میں بھیگے ہوئے چاولوں کی تہہ بچھا دیں۔ پھر دیگچی چولہے پر چڑھا کر اسے کچھ دیر تیز آنچ دیں پھر گھی ڈالیں اور چند منٹ بعد چولہے سے اتار لیں۔ بونٹ پلاؤ تیار ہوگا۔
