چنے کی دال۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھی پیالی


نمک۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ حسب ذائقہ


ادرک،لہسن پسا ہوا۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچ


پیاز۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو عدد درمیانی


پسی ہوئی لال مرچ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچ


سفید زیرہ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچ


دھنیا پسا ہوا۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچ


دہی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچ


مکس گرم مصالحہ پسا ہوا۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائےکا چمچ

آئل۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ تلنے کے لئے

METHOD

چنے کی دال کو دھو کر ایک گھنٹے پانی میں بھگو کر رکھ دیں،پین میں آئل کو دو سے تین منٹ گرم کر کے باریک کٹی ہوئی پیاز کو سنہری فرائی کر لیں۔ اس میں ادرک،لہسن،لال مرچ،زیرہ اور دھنیا ڈال کر زرا سا پانی کا چھینٹا دیتے ہوئے بھونیں۔ پھر اس میں دال کو پانی سے نکال کر ڈالیں اور اچھی طرح بھون کر دو پیالی پانی ڈال دیں،ہلکی آنچ پر ڈھک کر دال کو مکمل گلنے تک پکائیں۔ اس میں چکن او دہی ڈال کر ملائیں اور ڈھک درمیانی آنچ پر پانی خشک ہونے تک پائیں۔ چولہے سے ااتار کر ٹھنڈا کر لیں اور پیس لیں اور اس مکسچر میں نمک،انڈے اور گرم مصالحہ ڈال کر اچھی طرح ملائیں۔ایک سائز کے کباب بنا لیں اور دس سے پندرہ منٹ فریج میں رکھ دیں۔ کڑاہی میں آئل کو تین سے چار منٹ گرم کریں اور کبابوں کو گولڈن فرائی کرلیں۔

Shami Kabab usually made with beef boneless meat, method will be same as we are making them with chicken…but you can also make them with chicken meat and taste is really good, kids will love them its a Best served with green chutney is quite easy to make it.
