Heat oil add cinnamon and green cardamom add chopped onion fry till light brown add chopped ginger garlic fry for 2 minutes, add chopped tomatoes fry well, add dill and fenugreek leaves fry until oil comes on top add all spice, salt, pepper, chili powder, turmeric, cumin, add chicken fry well, add 1 cup water, cover and simmer for 20 minutes, until chicken tender and gravy thick.
