Ingredients
  1. Chicken 1 kg cut into 16 pieces
    Onion 2 chopped
    Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
    Garlic crushed 1 ½ tsp
    Tomato 2 chopped and skin removed
    Dill chopped 2 tbsp
    Turmeric ¼ tsp
    Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
    Paste and rushed coriander 1 tsp
    Allspice ½ tsp
    Salt 1 ¼ tsp
    Black pepper crushed ½ tsp
    Cinnamon 1 stick
    Green cardamom 2
    Fenugreek leaves 2 bunches small
    Oil ½ cup
Method
  • Heat oil add cinnamon and green cardamom add chopped onion fry till light brown add chopped ginger garlic fry for 2 minutes, add chopped tomatoes fry well, add dill and fenugreek leaves fry until oil comes on top add all spice, salt, pepper, chili powder, turmeric, cumin, add chicken fry well, add 1 cup water, cover and simmer for 20 minutes, until chicken tender and gravy thick.
