Roast 1 tsp tartary, 50 gm red chili, 50 gm fresh red chilies, 6 tbsp white cumin seeds, 2 tbsp black cumin seeds, 2 tbsp fennel seeds, 1 tbsp cardamom, 2 star anise, 1 tbsp black peppercorn and 2 nutmeg on a pan.
Now grind the roasted spices in the grinder. Gulzar special nihari masala is ready.
