Ingredients
  1. 0) Shrimps (super fresh frozen shrimps) 1/4 kg
  2. For marinate:
  3. 1) Corn flour 3 tbsp
  4. 2) Eggs whites 2 only
  5. 3) Maida (mixed in chicken cube) 1 tbsp
  6. 4) Sugar 1 tsp
  7. 5) Salt 1 tsp
  8. 6) Oil 1 cup
  9. For Sauce:
  10. 1) Tomato sauce 1/2 cup
  11. 2) Corn flour 3 tbsp
  12. 3) Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  13. 4) White vinegar 2 tbsp
  14. 5) Can sugar 1 tbsp
  15. 6) Black pepper 1 tsp
  16. 7) Garlic cloves (chopped) 8
  17. 8) Sesame oil few drops
  18. 9) Salt 1 tsp
  19. 10) Pineapple juice 2 tbsp
  20. 11) Oil 1 cup
  21. For Gravy:
  22. 1) Cauliflower (separate the flowers) 1
  23. 2) Onions chopped 3
  24. 3) Pineapple in cubes 6
  25. 4) Sugar 1 tsp
  26. 5) Soya sauce 1 tsp
  27. 6) White pepper grounded 2 tsp
  28. 7) Salt 1 tsp
  29. 8) Oil 1 cup
Method
  • 1. Mix in a bowl corn flour, egg whites, maida, salt and sugar.
  • 2. Marinate the prawn in that mixture for 1 hour, then deep fry them and keep on any absorbing paper.
  • 3. To make sauce take a saucepan, put all ingredients of sauce in it and cook, make a thick sauce.
  • 4. Now heat oil in a saucepan, add vegetables, fry at medium heat, and then add vinegar, Soya sauce, salt, sugar, white pepper and fry.
  • 5. Remove from heat. Mix shrimps with sauce and gravy and serve hot.
