1. Mix in a bowl corn flour, egg whites, maida, salt and sugar.
2. Marinate the prawn in that mixture for 1 hour, then deep fry them and keep on any absorbing paper.
3. To make sauce take a saucepan, put all ingredients of sauce in it and cook, make a thick sauce.
4. Now heat oil in a saucepan, add vegetables, fry at medium heat, and then add vinegar, Soya sauce, salt, sugar, white pepper and fry.
5. Remove from heat. Mix shrimps with sauce and gravy and serve hot.
