Ingredients
  1. Sticky rice150 grams (soaked for 4 hours)
    Suree Foods Coconut milk300 ml
    Sugar 4 tbsp
    Salt½ tsp
    Fresh or canned mangoes1(sliced)
    Coconut cream3 tbsp
Method
  • To cook rice put rice in a pan with enough water and cook.
    Combine coconut milk, sugar and salt. Mix well, pour into rice mixture cook for 20 mins until liquid is absorbed, leave to cool, shape rice into mounds.
    Put the rice, cut mango into thin slices.
    Serve drizzled with coconut cream over rice.
