1-Make batter for prawns:
2-To make the batter for prawns, combine egg whites with corn flour, white flour/ chicken stock cube mix, sugar and salt.
3-Dip each prawn in the batter and deep fry till golden.
4-Remove and drain.
1-Mix all ingredients for sauce in a pot, cook on low heat stirring with a wooden spoon till it thickens.
2-Finish with Vegetables:
3-Heat oil in a karahi till hot, add vegetables and stir-fry quickly, add vinegar, Soya sauce, white pepper and sugar.
4-Stir, turn off heat. When ready to serve, combine the prawns and vegetables in the sauce, heat and serve hot.
