Ingredients
  1. Chicken(whole)                1
    Red chili powder 1 tbsp
    Garlic paste 2 tbsp
    Oyster sauce 3 tbsp
    Lemon juice 4 tbsp
    BBQ Masala 6 tbsp
    White Vinegar 6 tbsp
    Oil 2 tbsp
    Salt to taste
    For pizza Dough:
    Flour ½ kg
    Yeast 1 packet
    Sugar 1 tbsp
    Baking powder 2 tbsp
    Salt to taste
    For Pizza Sauce:
    Onion ½
    Tomato puree 1 cup
    Garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
    Red chili flakes 1/3 tsp
    Oil 2 tbsp
    Salt to taste
    For Pizza Topping:
    Capsicum 1
    Tomatoes 1
    Mushrooms ½ cup
    Black olive ½ cup
    Mozzarella cheese 400 gm
Method
  • In a bowl add the vinegar and mix in the bbq masala,garlic paste,lemon juice,red chili powder, salt, oil and Worcestershire sauce.
    Put the chicken along with the marinade in a good zip lock bag and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
    Steam the marinate chicken and in the end add a dollop of butter.
    Place in the oven to keep warm
    To prepare the pizza doughCombine the luke warm water with yeast and sugar and leave aside for 15 minutes to rise.
    Ina  separate mixing bowl  combine the flour, salt, baking powder and yeast together
    Knead together and leave for 4-5 hours.
    Knead until the dough comes together . Scrape the dough onto a lightly floured surface and gently knead into a smooth, firm ball
    Grease a tray with butter, roll out the dough and  place on the greased tray
    To prepare the sauce.Over medium heat, heat oil in a saucepan until hot. Sauté the chopped onions and add the tomato puree along with the garlic paste,. Mix well
    Sprinkle black pepper, red chilies and salt .When the oil form a layer on top turn the flame off.
    For assemblingSpread the pizza sauce evenly onto the pizza. Add diced capsicum, tomatoes and mushrooms.
    Next evenly add a layer of the diced tandoori chicken .Top with cheese and olives.Slide the pizza into the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown

Made this pizza today....dough was good.... Turned out nice.... I made a mistake....used a 12" pan ... So it was fluffier than it should be........ Good luck to you guys....thanx for sharing..very yummy pizza
